Kawai MS123

The Kawai Master Series MS-123 brings the craftsmanship and sound of Kawai's top upright line into a more compact 48-inch design that fits easily in homes, teaching studios, and classrooms. At its core is Kawai's Millennium III action, which uses ABS-Carbon parts alongside traditional wood for a key feel that stays even, responsive, and stable through seasonal changes in humidity. A solid spruce soundboard, hammer felts chosen specifically for the Master Series, and a stainless-steel bearing bar work together to create a warm, clear tone with a singing treble and a controlled bass, with more range than you'd expect from a piano this size. The MS-123 also includes both a true sostenuto pedal and a muffler for quiet practice, and you can use them at the same time, which is rare on an upright. Housed in a traditional cabinet with clean lines and built for long-term tuning stability, the MS-123 delivers the full Master Series experience in a smaller footprint.
